Error 2. Without control, people cannot work.

Here, I have learned three classes for myself.

The first lesson. Money needs to be paid for the completed work, not half of the work.

Lesson 3. People are lazy and irresponsible.

We regularly discuss the results and come up with ways to get scientists to do something and do what they promise to do. However, lazy and irresponsible scientists constantly procrastinate, procrastinate, and create double standards. But instead, they call us once a week and ask when we will make the payment.

Error 3. People betray.

I have been searching for the perfect person. Some people, together with them, are both immersed in fire and water.
When this organization began to grow rapidly, I was convinced that there are no perfect people. In the overall context, it seems that they are really not there. Everyone has made mistakes.
The company was in a difficult situation, and all those who were not prepared to fight and were more likely to find other jobs quickly left. However, the rest are people who can be relied upon and will not be disappointed. The management and execution functions have been redistributed, and everyone's work has become more intensive and extensive. And the situation is starting to change. It has been proven that things are not about quantity, but about quality.

The perfect people are there, thank you for being there, they are by my side.

Error 4. The price is calculated based on an untested plan.

When we publish articles in the UGC magazine, the price depends on the publication time. If the author is not in a hurry to publish, the deadline is 3-6 months and the price is to pay the magazine+$50-70 for our work. If the deadline is 2 months, the magazine requires more money ($50-150), and we have to contact several magazines to find the right person to publish within the required time and quickly prepare an article for the magazine ($100-150). If a publication catches fire (with a deadline of 2 weeks to 1 month), the price will be much higher because adding an article to an already formed and approved magazine requires a lot of work. In this situation, the submitter reaches the end on their own and has no way out (usually, the submitter cannot achieve such rapid publication on their own).

We also adopted the same plan in foreign magazines, but later regretted it very much.
We set the price based on the publication deadline - the longer the deadline, the lower the price.
The time and price are as follows:
